I happily take custom orders for weddings,engagments,birthdays, christening,baby showers and all other special occasions. 

 

 

When should you order you cake? ( IT NEVER TOO EARLY)

It is advisable to place orders as soon as possible as it allows time to gather special colours or ingredients to enable me to create your desires. No order is completly booked  in untill a deposit has been payed.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          I have only a vague idea what type of cake I want?                                         Call or message me (Marianne) to discuss your ideas and if you still have doubts we can organize a meeting to discuss ideas, please don't feel you are restricted to just a single design you find on the internet.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Where do you deliver too?                                                                                   I can deliver where ever required at you cost but generally cakes can be picked up from my house at organized time.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Can you ice or decorate a supplied cake?                                                          It is lovely to have a cake made by a friend or family member (granny's special recipe) but they must be a minimal height and good quality to allow to be covered in fondant.ent                                                                                                                                                                                    How much do you charge?                                                                                   It is impossible to give a price until a design has been selected and you must realise custom cakes are an art form which requires time and effot  over a period of days and 3d cake can take quite a lot of cake to carve into required shapes.                                                                                           Why are  some cakes so expensive?                                                                   My cakes are made from the highest quality ingredientsI however it's not the ingredients which are the major cost factor -it is the time involved in the decorating. For example each petal of a single flower is hand cut and shaped. A 3d cake reqires time for shaping and even fondants take time to make into those vivid colours that make the cake what it is.
