MY STORY
How I started
I'm a stay at home mother of three beautiful girls and I started full time cake decorating in 2012 after I was asked to make one of my daughter's friends !8th birthday cake. I have always had a passion for cake decorating and jumped at any chance to make a cake for my children or friends. I fell in love with the work and thought it was a way of turning my passion for cooking into a business that i could fit into my demands as a mother. I love cooking and working in kitchens have done since I was a child and was allowed to help my own mother in her kitchen, then I went on to study as a Chef at Drysdale in Hobart and worked in around kitchens until I started my own family. I have a darling husband whom is a skilled cabinet maker that helps create the boards and stands to achieve the designs I create . I love stretching the realms of impossiblity with cake making and dream of creating imaginative cakes and thanks to my family I am achieving my dreams. I'm consently looking of ways to incorprate new flavours into my cakes and spend all my free time experimenting or study cake making and decorating to improve my skills, so if you have an idea for a cake contact me and I am sure between the two of us we can turn your dreams into reality !
